Self-sabotage
Things feel hard right now. and I am not sure what my balance is, why I cant stop shooting myself in the foot, why I both welcome and loathe this range of human emotions.

Thingadailies: Better, not worse
The fourth day is basically a continuity of the third day, with a cautious avoidance of evil spirits. Today was so unlike yesterday, and yesterday, so unlike any other day I have experienced so far. So a day of just literally laying low and doing nothing but reading and journaling was good.
